What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy on all orders for full credit, exchange, or refund, minus original shipping fees. Bottles can be used. Please contact us to initiate a return.

Can I put hot liquids inside Acier?
Under no circumstances should hot liquids be placed inside Acier. Doing so may lead to burns and scalding.
Is Acier compatible with all cages?
Acier fits perfectly in virtually all cycling cages but some will create more vibrations and noises depending on the cage material, shape, and terrain. The included silicone band can be be placed on the mid-section to quieten noises.
Is the bottle dishwasher safe?
The body is top-rack safe. Please refrain from high-heat drying. Hand cleaning is recommended for maximum longevity. Please do not put the cap (or any parts) in the dishwasher, as the silicone valve can become loose. We recommend rinsing out the bottle with water after each ride.
Where is the bottle made?
Acier was designed in San Francisco and Austin and ethically manufactured in China. Our supply chain is thoroughly audited to ensure fair labor practices and environmental sustainability.
